Make a Simple 3S Battery Pack (ABS holder & BMS board)

This is a 3S battery pack without spot welder, just solder the BMS board to the mounting pin on the ABS 3x Li-Ion 18650 holder and add copper wire. professional spot welder tools are costly, the alternative way is to use only the ordinary soldering method. BMS (battery management system) boards usually have discharge protection, and overcharge protection features to prevent batteries from being damaged.

the parts needed for this project:
2 pin screw terminal block connector
copper wire
3x Li-Ion 18650 ABS battery compartment
3S 20A li-Ion 18650 BMS charger board (version HX-3S-FL20 REV2.2)
3x 18650 Li-Ion batteries
(the condition of all batteries must be near identical, both capacity, internal resistance, and voltage)
 
charging voltage between 12.6V to 13V.
load or discharge applications can use LED lights, motors, incandescent lamps, mini drill tools, grinders, etc.

most battery packs from the Li-Ion 18650 are made with a kind of spot welder to weld the nickel strip and the 18650 battery terminals. Spot welder used are generally of homemade varieties: either from microwave transformers, or simple assemblies with supercapacitors (lead-acid batteries and high current relay). battery formations assembled in this way are generally battery packs with a high enough current output or high power density.

in this discussion what I mean is for a battery pack that only holds a few Lithium Ion 18650 batteries. This configuration is suitable for low current applications, no more than a few Amp. that's what I recommend using it. Does not require spot welder in any form, you only need an ordinary soldering tool.
